  On inspection a few things to mention: passenger door forgotten completely (window, inside door), water streaks around the car, dash and console still had stains - the main reason I took it in as there was a small tea spill stain. Staff were also rude to deal with.

  Tried to get my car washed... was told I needed to upgrade to the premium wash because my wheels were dirty.. (am I meant to bring a clean car to the car wash) declined the offer and was told it would still cost more.. arrogant staff and over priced, need to learn customer service skills..

  Went here for the first time this afternoon. Car needed a serious wash, the car i got back look almost brand new! Went well above my expectations and for the same price as a drive through wash! Will be going back again for sure!

  Took my car in for an inside and out whilst I did some shopping. An hr later I received a text to pick-up, upon arriving staff were rushing the wipe down and doing last minute vacuuming.

  Update: I've been here multiple times now, every time being completely satisfied with how my car turns out. Most recently however, there was an incident with the charge. An extra 'Superior Service' was added to the original $22 outside only wash, resulting in a $52 wash and polish that I didn't ask for. I can't find the pricing for said add-on package on the website anywhere and I don't appreciate being charged for something I didn't specifically ask for. In the end I wasn't made to pay the fee, so thank you. I would still recomend them, just be sure to double check all services and charges before and after. Rating changed from 5 to 4/5.

  Please be warned that this car wash in a basement car park and when the staff clean your car all of the doors are left open. I picked my car up yesterday afternoon and all of the doors were open when I collected it. I had a packet of unopened rice crackers on the back seat and by the morning, this had been eaten through and there were crackers all over my car. The only explanation is that a rodent of some kind had got into my car when all the doors were left open. Extremely disappointed and freaked out. I would not go back again.
