  Not everyone is compelled to write a negative review - they may simply abandon the brand. So to have numerous extremely negative reviews about Marnie at the Camberwell store and now Richmond, too - you have got to ask the question: who is protecting her and shuffling her around from store to store? Upon speaking to another B&O staff member at another store - he knew exactly who I was referring to, even before I mentioned her name!? Her condescending mannerisms and complete lack of respect is astonishing to witness at a high-end European audio showroom. You could find better customer service at the local supermarket - and that’s not even an exaggeration.

  Class A customer service. Very friendly and extremely helpful about choosing products. The sales person named James I met was a living bible about sound instruments and technology. He can demonstrate products in such a way that, it feels like you can visualize the sound and choose products according to your need. Works like a tailor made perfect fit dress. They don't push sell or just tell rubbish like a lots of other retailer do to make a sell. Apart from that Bang & Olufsen products are not just show piece luxury, they are champion work horse.

  This company has no customer service, no order tracking, fail to update customers about orders and do not return calls. Mani, James and Terry possess no awareness as to what is required from a premium brand.

  B&O Denmark - if you read these reviews, please do your company a favour and organise for external consultants to anonymously visit the Australian stores. They are unfortunately ruining your brand and it may explain weak sales figures results from this region.

  B&O Australia - kindly pull your socks up, respect the B&O heritage, educate and train your staff properly and if staff are clearly incompetent - replace them.

  There are plenty of other high end audio brands that are taking market share away from B&O and the experience I had and others seemed to have had - perhaps explains why?
