  Very rude owner. Always has an issue about answering common customer questions. Always gets annoyed having to answer any kind of questions. Horrible customer service. He even hangs up on you on the telephone.

  His days are numbered. Pretty soon loyal customers will watch Netflix instead or rent somewhere else-- even if it means driving to a far away place which is typical of Melbourne. The reputation will be so horrible there won't be any more customers.

  This place is one of a kind, the staff are amazingly helpful and knowledgable. They also have almost 10x the selection of Australian Netflix. One of the coolest businesses I've seen in my time in Melbourne.

  Stores like this shouldn't have a monopoly of an area. Customers are greatly affected by a situation like this as you are forced to accept this kind of treatment and service from that kind of shop owner.

  Don't do business with this shop. More like he chooses customers and you can't ask or complain about anything. If you do you'll offend or disturb him. Like disturbing a hermit who wants to be left alone. Again, don't do business with this guy. You'll regret it. He has no patience at all.

  Customers are always entitled to be honest about how they feel about the treatment or arrangement they are getting from a business and should tell everybody about horrible service so others won't have to go through the same experience. Once a dodgy business, always a dodgy business unless both ownership and policy changes. I mean shouldn't everybody be entitled to get satisfaction from where they spend their hard earned cash?
