  Crust has a contract with Uber and should ensure their product arrives as ordered. Disgusting , that the pizza ends up a collective mess because the uber delivery person does not have the respect , professionalism or apparent know how to be able to handle pizza horizontally in a box , instead he turns them vertical. The Pizza was inedible. Slowly loosing all respect for Crust & Uber this is now the second time we have had issues with both. Their lack of control and training over their delivery drivers is ultimately going to fail both their business models.

  Est. Delivery time 40 mins (8:38pm)... arrived ~30 mins late (9:25pm) freezing cold, wrong pizza! and missing drinks/dessert. Drove down to the store to see the manager and was told he isn't there and they can't do refunds. Appalling

  Took 90 minutes to arrive, 35 minutes late. Was stone cold. Toppings were ridiculously dry, and extra toppings that I paid for were not on the pizza. One of the worst take away pizzas we've ever had. Would've been better, faster, and half the price to get dominos.

  I had a terrible experience with Crust Richmond. Made an order in the morning for 1pm delivery for a team lunch. Called up at 115pm to ask where the pizza was and was advised they hadn't started yet because they were busy. At least give us a call to notify if the pizza is going to be delayed.

  - when I went to use the credit there was no credit .. lies .. bad delivery timing .. bad service .. and warm coke .. AVOID

  As usual it’s the customer who is left out of pocket as Crust blame Uber( their commercial delivery agreement ) and Uber blame Crust or just say tough!!
