  This is the first review I have ever written and I felt the need to write it because of such horrid customer service from one of the managers. I have been to bad stores all across Australia but this one really takes the cake. Absolutely disgusting.

  Slowest service ever. Food ready 1st then coffee at least 20 min later. So food is cold. No warning of delays. I watched a customer complain that there was no cheese in her toastie when she paid for extra cheese. Poor handling of her complaint...apology wise.

  I was there Saturday night around 10.30pm. I ordered an angus and a coffee. There was a steady stream of drive through,(not that it was streaming) busy inside and and the printer kept spitting out uber eats dockets. I write this to document the experience of seeing the world wide Maccas system fall totally apart under pressure. Customers and drivers just waited and waited all without losing their cool. I really felt for the staff in particular the manager leading an inexperienced team of only 2 in the front, She kept answering questions from them while throwing orders out.They all just put their heads down and kept going without losing the plot nor being rude, infact very apologetic. Weird how Maccas can introduce the extra business of ubereats but not instill the systems to cope with it. Amongst all that mess I cancelled the coffee and was given a free coffee card for next time. 5 starts for the workers

  Maccas is maccas although this one very dirty and patrons not too desirable. Not a place for kids
