  Really great vet, full of knowledge and keen to help you. My kitten loves getting into the car, as he knows where he is going and loves being spoiled by everyone at Swan Street Vet. We had a situation where a particular charge wasn't explained properly. When they realised there was a miscommunication, they were quick to rectify it for me, which I really appreciated. So, not only are they full of useful information, they are also great to deal with. Highly recommend trusting your fur babies with Swan Street Vet.

  Like many of the reviews, I agree this is a lovely facility with super friendly staff. Also like some of the reviews, I find them extremely expensive and quick to up-sell. Have been coming here since they opened, although have been fortunate to have limited visits with thanks to well looked after pets. A recent visit for a minor concern cost way more than it should have. I felt as if my concerns over cost and treatment process were not considered, just faced with consistent efforts to explain why they focused on everything else I could spend money on with them rather than the issue at hand.

  Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I showed up without an appointment after my dog had suddenly couldn't walk on her back leg at the park and they were so calm and supportive and were able to see my dog as soon as possible. I'm sure appointments are preferred but I was so impressed (and grateful) that they were able to see us so quickly!
